I bought this book after having heard about it in the magazines and seeing Martine Mccutcheon looking fantastic after having followed this diet. The principles behind it are that depending on your blood type, you should eat certain foods. I was suprised that for my blood type B, i should not eat alot of things that i actually did eat! In my case things like wheat were a definate no no and chicken as it contains lectin in the muscle which clogs the system. I ate alot of both as i don't eat that much red meat.
