Advantages: an amazing book

Eclipse is the third book of the teenage romance series of Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. Eclipse has to be the best book I have ever read. Just like twilight and new moon it is beautifully written and featured all of my favourite characters. At the end of the previous book of this series new moon, Bella was trying to convince Edward to make her a vampire, like him. This was not only so they would be together forever, but also to avoid an older and more powerful vampire family who demanded she did not remain human for long. During this book there is a constant battle of two very strong willed and determined teenagers, Edward and Bella. Over the conditions of, as Edward puts it, Bella loosing her soul forever and becoming a vampire. It also has a few battles against vampires and werewolves and a couple of love twists thrown in, to keep the reader hooked. Just like in the previous books, Bella seems to be a magnet for danger. Unlike in new moon, she has Edward back to save her.

Eclipse holds the same charm that the previous books carry. At the first page I was once again addicted to the whole series and could not put it down. I read all 628 pages in one morning. I also found myself rereading the previous books in preparation for Eclipse.

Just like new moon and twilight, Eclipse can be brought in any good book store or online for around £7 in a paperback copy. At the end of the book, there is the first chapter of "breaking dawn" which Stephenie Meyer is soon releasing. I have very high expectations of breaking Dawn and I am sure it will only exceed them.

If you haven't read any of the Twilight series then you are really missing out on the most incredible books. Even though this is a teenage series, I would recommend it to older readers as well. It is written in the way that anyone can enjoy and connect with the characters.
