Advantages: A very entertaining and funny read
Disadvantages: Too short!
With "Eleven on Top" Janet Evanovich is on top form in the latest in her series about Stephanie Plum, modern New Jersey bounty hunter.
Stephanie is tired of being a bounty hunter, tired of being shot at and having her cars blown up and wants a normal job and a quieter life.
However, her attempts to find such a job land her in a series of bizarre situations. Aided and abetted by the two love interests in her life - Joe Morelli, a local cop and Ranger, a fellow bounty hunter, and hindered by her outrageous friend Lola and by her irrepressible grandmother who is determined to grow old disgracefully, Stephanie is once again in lots of trouble!
Written with style and humour, this book is a treat for those who like interesting, quirky characters, fast storytelling and lots of laughs.
