Advantages: Rincewind in full speed away mode!

Disadvantages: Bit short

I love this book.. it may be a short discworld novel, but it's a brilliant one for people who like Rincewind.

Eric is a young boy, who is trying to call forth a demon from the ether, and instead gets Rincewind the Wizard (that's where he ended up after the events of "Sourcery"), and he somhow also picks up the ability to grant Eric's three wishes (Live forever, meet most beautiful women ever and er.. something else!), with a little help from hell!

This starts a tour through time, visiting the beginning and end of time, including meeting the Creator, who give them sandwiches, which eventually lead to life as it is known on the discworld, a discworld equivalent of the siege of Troy (where the Horse was really a superbly clever decoy, and they came in through a back gate!), with an overly plump Helen of troy figure, along with tonnes of kids, and even the end of time itself, all the time being chased by a duke of hell and his cronies.

Another classic pratchett book.
