This is a show of yet another attack from fervent feminists!! Again we are faced with "the feminist struggle". Help me God, here we go again! This is basically a book, in my opinion full of one sided "we've been hard done by"'s and it is an all out attack on the one holy, true and apostolic Catholic Church! Another tightly crammed feminist knapsack of fact but anecdote, in this case attacking the Catholic Church for its attitude toward women, sex, and abortion. At first interesting, then tendentious, finally tedious. Or was this just me confusing, stylistically speaking, the subset (feminist sociological writing) with the set (sociological writing in general)? On the plus side, I think it's regarded as a classic within its genre, so if you’re preparing for a theology course (feminist or otherwise) it might be worth getting hold of a copy and its arguments ARE good, just badly presented and written. ...  Read the complete review
