Are you hiding? Boo, found you, you are in front of your computer.
Boo , hide and seek uis one of the first games we play as babiesand young children.
Everyone hide from Wibbly Pig is a children’s book by Mick Inkpen. There are several books about Wibbly pig this one is a favourite. This book can be bought for about £5.50p new. I cannot remember where I bought Adrian’s copy from possibly a charity shop Tesco’s sells it as does Amazon and many other bookstores.
This book is suitable for children aged between 1 and 4 yrs old.
Boo, hide and seek is a popular game with babies and toddlers this book is a lift up flab book that indulges in this game. This hard cover book is made of strong thick paper although fairly strong might get torn with the amount of use it gets. The cover is wipe clean
Wibbly pig is an adorable cute pig in this book all his friends have hidden can you help wibbly find them?
Count to 10 with Wibbly pig at the front of the book then you can find Wibbly’s friends .As each pig is found they join in the game to find the others Lift up the sofa flap who is hiding there, now lift up the shower curtain flap there is scruffy pig, on one page is a bed I wonder who is hiding in there? Hiding under the duvet are the twins. Spotty pig is hiding with the spotty dog in the dog basket; tiny pig is the last to be found hiding under his scarf. The end of the book leaves us with tiny pig counting to 10 while the others scamper to hide again.
This book is fun. The illustrations are good, bright and cheerful the pigs have character. The words repetitive and simple good for reading to a baby and for a child’s early reading book. There are 20 pages in this book.
After reading this book you could play hide and seek, hiding toy animals for your tot to find,
You can buy this book in soft back or hard cover. Published by Hodder books in1998.I would recommend this book .
Summary: good book for tinies
