I haven't read this book for a while, but having seen it had its own section I couldn't resist writing a little bit about it. In fact, it has inspired me to read it again, so if this opinion is rubbish just wait a while and it will be updated. 'Existentialism and Humanism' (or 'Existentialism as a Humanism' - its original title) is well written, not perfectly expressed but a damn sight better than many other Philosophy books, and very short so you can read it several times to get the ideas properly, as I did.
