Expecting Someone Taller - Tom Holt

Okay, so after the numerous (well, I actually only got one, but that was enough.) requests, I`ve re-read Expecting Someone Taller, and I`m now ready to give you my opinion on yet another fine Tom Holt Novel.. I bought this book while I was waiting for a train in Birmingham station. Luckily the train terminated at my stop, because I was so engrossed in the story that if it had carried on, God knows where I would have ended up. The central character is Malcolm Fisher. He's a pretty average bloke, until one evening as he's driving home along a country lane, he runs over a badger. Malcolm stops his car to survey the damage (to his paintwork not the badger) and gets a bit of a shock when the now rather mangled animal starts having a go at him for knocking it down.
