This is a Little Black Dress book from the series of women's fiction aimed at the slightly older, career-orientated woman which feature heroines who generally seem to be a cross between Bridget Jones, of diary fame, and Carrie Bradshaw from Sex in the City. The books retail at a very reasonable £4.99 but can often be picked up for much less either through Amazon Marketplace or in charity shops. I bought mine from Oxfam! I'd never heard of this writer before and looked her up on the internet. It seems this is her only published book to date.
