This is a board book with 4 puzzles. Each open page has the story narrative with 4 pictures on the left hand side and a corresponding puzzle on the right hand side. The story is an abridged version of the title 'The Old Steam Train' part of the Usborne Farmyard Tales series. The story begins with Mrs Boot and her children Poppy and Sam and their dog Rusty rushing out to the station, the first puzzle is of everyone cleaning up the station. Sam and Poppy help, then they hear the old steam train arriving at the platform, this is the second puzzle picture.
