Advantages: A great book, you can relate to the author experiences

Disadvantages: Quite full on but it is best to read a few times

There are stacks of self help books and when you glance along the book shelves in a book store it can be quite daunting. This book stood out to me as it has been a best seller, although it doesn't guarantee it is a good book! It has also been one of the most long standing books and has been going for nearly 20 years.

Susan Jeffers is a trained psychologist and is very open and honest about her experiences with her feelings of fear. This book is too encourage the reader to live their lives to the full and to best of their potential.

Fear can hold us back in trying new things. I liked this book, I did feel it was very full on I would have to read it a few times to get the full benefit of all of the exercises in this book. I did feel that this book had helped me from the first chapter and I must admit I did not do all of the exercises as I felt I didn't need them.

I would definately read this book again and maybe read once or twice a year to get the full benefit. I found this book easy to read through and within a week I had finished.

Summary: A great book can be life changing!
