As an adult, with a reasonable sense of logic, I find it very difficult to find the little ... more  ... chap, so I think it is even more challenging for small children. Once Freddie has been found, there is then checklist of about thirty other items to find in the picture. Some of the items are an alligator, a fire hydrant, a sledge and a yo-yo. Yes there is a real assortment and this can be quite a talking point with children.
The pictures are very humourous. In the 'at home' picture, there are some very funny signs pinned up such as 'Warning! This room is patrolled by fleas!' and 'Do not enter without bringing fo...more |

*Although the heading says otherwise, this review is for a book called 'Find Freddie' which was my original suggestion* Freddie is a small portly character, wearing a red sweater with a big F on it. He carries a small green suitcase and he also wears flying glasses and a green scarf. This description is very important, because the whole point of 'Find Freddie' is that you spot him in what are very detailed pictures! There is no introduction to the character which I think is a bit of a shame.
