The story is extremely simple, not really a story at all. Little bear looks in a couple of places for his mother, then finds her. It's not a story that will engage children much past their second birthday.

As soon as I saw this book I fell in love with it. It's a sturdy, square book with high quality board pages that are easy for little hands to turn. It has bright, cute illustrations, and best of all, it has three very sweet little finger puppets! However, taking a closer look at this book I was a little less impressed. There are only a few pages to it and there is very little on any of the pages - there are only a couple of lines of very basic text and a few illustrations around the edge of the page.
