Mercedes lackey makes you see everthing with the way she writes. She has an amazing imagination. Firebird is an awesome book about a man's search for the firebird. He ends up on the adventure of a lifetime. He goes places and does things noone can believe like seeing the legendary firebird and being able to telepathically speak to it, especially not him.
