This was my first encounter with Grisham, and I read the book, on consecutive nights, for about 5 days.

The Firm had me gripped from it's first chapter and proved how knowledgable Grisham is about Law. It is complex, human and addictive as a read and has surprises around every corner.

Grisham's knowledge of law blows your mind. His grasp of language and ability to captivate an audience is to be admired.

If you're new to Grisham, The Firm is a great starting point, because... once you've read it, you'll be back to the bookshop begging for more.
