What's nice about Blytons writing is that her chapters are always a uniform 7/8 pages long so a chapter a night is quite sufficient for a child. With ease you are transporting back in time to this boarding school world and your mind conjures up it's own images of what malory towers looks like and what it must be like to catch that much talked about first glimpse, of the school with its magnificent four towers ont he co...more

****Breaking News**** After a visit to the Trafford Centre today I have learnt that 6 more Malory Towers books have been penned under the Blyton name with Pamela Cox et al. Three have already been released, the further 3 will be released in September 2009. The stories apparentely follow on with Felicity and Susan in their remaining years. The stories are Summer Term, Winter Term, New Term, Fun & Games, Goodbye and Secrets. At the moment comparing Waterstones, WH Smiths and Tescos on price. WH Smiths is the most competitive and don't forget your cashback.**** A childhood without Enid Blyton books should be unforegiven. As a child I ...  Read the complete review
