This book is completely different. It starts from the beginning and gives enough detail to get you through easily.
The book then reaches a level where you can complete a good range of programming, and create a successful interactive product, which is enough for the majority of users.

I have tried various books for teaching Flash MX, as I can only do the very basics on my own. I have noticed that other books can start right from the beginning with the basics, and work up to a level. However, in many cases that I have come across - the level is just not advanced enough.
