America shot the fourth plane down; well that's what I think anyway. No one would have blamed Bush if he made that brave decision and lives would have been saved on the ground in Washington DC. If the Whitehouse or Capital Building (the one with the big white dome and the steps) had been flattened the effects of 911 could have been even more serious. Fortunately the Twin Towers had been insured for 6 billion bucks just two months before and the plane that hit the Pentagon and left that tiny hole, hit the only part of the building that was empty and had reinforced walls.
