Advantages: Learn More About Mick Foley, Learn More About Wrestling, Many facts and figures

Disadvantages: None, None, None

"Foley Is Good" by Mick Foley is the sequel to his first autobiography called "Have A Nice Day". The thing I really enjoyed about the first book was how it kicked off by Mick telling the traumatic story of him losing his ear in Germany against Vader.

This book picks off where he finished last time and talks about his "I Quit" Match against The Rock at the Royal Rumble in 1999. The great thing about this book is that it is very honest and tells some of the truths about backstage and how he feels about other superstars. One thing that really stuck in my mind was how he hasn't fogotten or forgiven The Rock about not seeing him after the "I Quit" Match, but the spoke to him about it a year later.

I think this book gives you a better incite into Mick's real personality and talks more about some of his interests instead of just wrestling all of the time. Another interesting fact that Mick talks about was the way he gained a lot of weight around 1999 when he was writing his first book and was out of action with a knee injury.

It was also very interesting to find out all of the factors that made him decide to retire from in-ring action and the events leading upto his final match at Wrestlemania 16.

Mick also makes fun of Al Snow in this book and probably beat the number of jokes that he made in "Have A Nice Day" about him. In the final pages, he discusses the PTC and gives facts, figures and details about how much he despises their beliefs and ways. I totally agree with Mick on his views about the PTC as they take things to the extreme and obviously have nothing better to do with their lives.

This book is a little different to his first book, but that does not make it any worse or better in my opinion. Some may find it better than "Have A Nice Day" as there is more about Mick Foley than there is about his wrestling personas. On the other hand, however, some may f
ind the first book better as they want to know more about the wrestling side of things than Mick's personal life. I found that there was a good mixture in both, so I couldn't really comment on which I thought was superior.
