Cathy Cassidy writes books for pre-teen/young teen girls. I bought this book for my little sisters birthday (she's 11) and I was sitting in the house with absolutely nothing to do. So I decided to see what it was like. Although I only intended to read a few pages I ended up finishing it (well it only took an hour or two!)! But I have to say, the book was written with such a style that even I enjoyed it (and I'm 17 lol)! This book follows the life of 12 year old Ginger Brown.
