I was recommended this book and told it was hilarious, when I read it I didn't think it was that funny....well maybe in places but I have read funnier books. It is a published blog and therefore a true account of a year in Abby Lee's life. However it's no 'secret diary of a call girl' so if your expecting that you'll be disappointed. What is it then? well it IS an account of an intense nymphomaniac and her (very real and personal) experiences, both with lots of men and of escapades such as public sex (bar toilets), threesomes (with a very jealous girlfriend), lesbianism (the sexiness of curves) voyeurism in the extreme and even S and M from her girlfriend ... So the title 'Gril with a One Track Mind' may initially make you think: 'ok so she likes to think about sex', but i was not prepared for the the amount of sexually explicit content that is contained within the covers! It covers a year in the life and mind of a girl who thinks about/wants/has sex 24/7, with extremely descriptive chapters, by the end of the book i was rather jealous at the stamina Abby Lee has, if only i had that much energy to be at it all the time, have a social life and have a full time job! Not only is it full of her sexual exploits but it is funny at the same time - what more could you want from a fun, light read. After i had read it, i had ... Read the complete review

The first thing i guess i should say is that i am an extremely slow reader and it normally takes me months to read a book. However, this book took me just under two weeks to read. I felt that this is definately a book that i couldn't put down. The story line is simply brilllaint full of laughter and also extremely sexually explicit which is a great thing if you're in to the sort of Belle-de-Jour sort of book like a handful of women are. I would thoroughly reccomend this book to any women single or not. This definatley a pleasure book and will leave you rather excited in more ways than one. The only problem i have with this author is that she hasn't made another ... Read the complete review

This book is very sexually explicit and seem very far fetched in anyone's minds. I think that men may enjoy this read more than women, even though the main audience fo this piece is females. This book is wrote in the style of a diary from January to December in one year and details all of one woman's sexual exploits in those tweleve months and she certainly does not have a quiet life. If you like a book with a complicated plot this will not satisfy you but if you want a bit of a laugh, then this could be for ... Read the complete review
