Advantages: good reading material Disadvantages: a bit dull at times
Just finished reading Glamorama, and I must say I had a hard time coming through it, but it was so worth it. His style of writing really attracts me, and the lifestyle he portrays in this book is so unbelievable that it might as well be true. I think the whole terrorist theme was a bit hard to deal with, it didn't seem very likely when first introduced. The brilliance is in how he develops the plot into a web rather than going the other way. The more you learn, the more complicated things seem. It's just perfect. Summary: |
