Eye of The Tiger - Wilbur Smith

Premium Review Excitement and adventure off the east coast of Africa (240 words)

deep trouble. I found the book easy to read and very hard to put down as I soon got hooked on the story. There is plenty of mystery, action, shipwrecks and even a missing treasure here and the story is quite exciting. The various characters are believable and interesting and the location is exotic and colourful. Various criticisms have been made of Wilbur Smith in the past but no-one can doubt that he knows how to write an exciting tale. I enjoyed reading this book and, if you like adventure stories, you will ...

The history of the great City of the Moon unfolds alongside gun battles and terrorist attacks in the unstable African region, and the book very quickly becomes almost impossible to put down. The book is split in two however, with the second half chronicling the dying years of the doomed Kingdom, and is full of epic ...

Easy to read., Gripping in places. Easy to predict.

Realistic upsetting scenes

If I could give 6 stars I would None some of the stories are better than others but the worse is only very good
