I am a huge fan of the Good Food 101 books and have the whole series now I think and am always excited to see if any new ones are coming out. I think they are very easy to follow as they are so straightforward and the recipes are nice and always seem to workout (even though they may not look like the pictures every time). Here is why the pasta and noodle book is a good addition to your collection. This book is only good if you are fan of pasta as you can guess from the title and as me and my husband love it, this book is used quite a bit. I love pasta, and my fiancé is a noodle fiend, so this really seemed like the book for us. Pastas and noodles are both easy, quick and cheap staples to knock up after an evening at work, but its easy to fall into the trap of just doing the same basic pesto/carbonara recipes over and over again. Written by Good Food magazines all the recipes in this book are top quality and have been proof read to iron out any issues. I've found them very easy to work from, and the results are consistent. I am a regular subscriber to the BBC GoodFood magazine, thanks to someone getting the annual subscription to me for my birthday - someone who obviously knows that I like food, and enjoy trying new (albeit straigthforward) recipes.
