As you may know by now, I am a big fan of the Good Food 101 books and the seasonal salads book is no exception. I have to admit that it is not the most used book on my shelf but every few months I do have a fad when I want to eat healthily and when I do I pick up this book. It is great and very easy to use so here is why this is a very worthy book in the Good Food series. The Good Food books are all small in size and easily stacked in your kitchen and look very neat. 101 seasonal salads contains just that, 101 recipes to ensure you make a very tasty salad and there is also a salad for every season so for summer you have very light ones and then the winter ...
