As you may know by now, I am a big fan of the Good Food 101 books and the seasonal salads book is no exception. I have to admit that it is not the most used book on my shelf but every few months I do have a fad when I want to eat healthily and when I do I pick up this book. It is great and very easy to use so here is why this is a very worthy book in the Good Food series.
