Good Food: 101 Veggie Dishes

My favourite recipes to make are vegetarian ones because I am extremely fussy when it comes to meat and I don't tend to get enough vegetables in my system anyway. My favourite recipe book I own in my house is this Good Food book which has 101 delicious vegetarian recipes to try and taste. We use this book all of the time and have managed to get 3 recipes that we now know off by heart and we have at least one of them once a week as they are that nice.
