Advantages: A mixture of two very different types of humour

Disadvantages: Lack of a discworld and firmiliar characters

The end of the world is neigh, and crowly a fallen angel Aziraphale an angel know it both of them are wishing that they haven't falled with the upbringing of the anti-christ, but whos knows whats going to happen only time cane tell.
Good omens is written by two comic yet very different authors Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman who obviously have put a tremendous amount of effort into the reasearch behind this book as they modernise it, The three horsemen who signal the end of the world end up to be three very confused bikers who are just going along with the ride. however i was dissapointed that pratchett did not included more of his characters from his discworld series, the only firmiliar character i could spot was "DEATH" who doesn't appear untill you are halfway through the book.
The collaberation of Pratchett and Gaiman is a wonderfully funny.......erm........experiance that one will never forget and will want to read over and over again.
