Good to Great - Jim Collins In my quest to explore why this book is regarded as one of the best seller I picked up this book from my local library. In a nutshell this is all about the differential factor-Why great companies stand out from the good ones. I find this book is quite detailed in terms of extensive study conducted by Collins and team to analyze the inside story of companies which transformed their business hitting all time high records.
