With the Christmas season approaching she bought in some Christmas themed books and among these was "Mog s Christmas" By Judith Kerr, an adorable little hardback that immediately caught my little girls eye and quickly became a firm favourite. Mog is a well known childrens book character and I remember my mum reading me Mog stories when I was a child. "Mogs Christmas" revolves around Mog the tabby cat and her family, when Mog wakes one morning things are very different, there are lots of strange people in the house busy doing different things, the children are too busy to play with her and nobody has time ...

when I was in the library with my nephew not so long ago. I recognised the name, Judith Kerr as the lady who wrote the Mog books, which I used to love as a child. I insisted my nephew and I sit down and read it. I did guess the outcome (but considering it is aimed at children, that isn t a great big surprise!) but my nephew was completely enthralled with the story and really enjoyed the funny ending. It is also wonderfully illustrated, just as the Mog books are, without being too distracting from the actual story. Brilliantly written, lovely characters. A great little enjoyable story. This book is a must for all Mog ...
