Green Arrow has been dead for a while. He was killed defusing a bomb in a plane over Gotham City. Superman could have saved him, but only by cutting off his arm. Green Arrow chose death, Green Arrow chose to die a hero and save the people of the city below. And now .. Green Arrow is back. Green Arrow/Oliver Queen is one of the most complex characters in the DC Universe. He's killed his best friend, cheated on Black Canary, left his baby son in a Tibetan ashram and routinely resigned from the JLA whilst remaining one of it's most respected members.
