... picked up Halfway to the Grave I had high expectations after a few friends had all recommended the book in nothing short of glowing praise. In honesty my expectations put me off reading the book for months for apprehension that it just wouldn't live up to the hype, but after a couple of pretty meh type books I was desperate for a story that would just pull me in from the opening sentence and keep me entertained. Well entertained I most certainly was with Halfway to the grave.
