Well-written study of a fascinating case. People suffered badly because of Holmes/Mudgett.

A great character on the murder trail None

Brilliant read A bit long

Very fast-paced thriller with elements of the supernatural creeping in from the darkness Not enough is seen of the main villans who seem woefully underused!!!
