Advantages: Greater explanation of the past

Disadvantages: A surprise loss

The latest in the Harry Potter series, unlocking more mysteries from the past, with many surprising and unexpected twists. The origins of Lord Voldemort are explained in more depth, following journeys into magically stored memories. The story shows how life continues as normal during dark and dangerous times, but with everyone being more vigilant as they pursue their everyday lives within the magical community, and how the non-magical community is greatly affected by the return of the dark magic.

Summary: Hard to put down and left me impatient for the next book in the series
