Advantages: Brilliant excitment, start of very great books!

Disadvantages: There are none, this book is brilliant!

This book started a world wide craze for 'the chosen one' wizard, Harry Potter.
Before Reading this book I had never heard of or read any of JK Rowlings books before and she really does capture your imagination with this book. I would recommend this book to everyone, it is not just for kids and is a truly good read for everyone! This book introduces the reader to the main characters that we all get to know and love in the book series, characters like Harry Pitter, Ron Weasley and Hermionie Granger are the 3 main characters in the Harry Potter series, and this book takes you through their amazing first year at hogwarts, the school for witches and wizards. The book has a brilliantly exciting ending which see's Harry trying to fight to keep the magic stone away from He who shall nit be named. This first book also tells the reader how Harry is the first person ever to survive a deathly spell from he who shalll not be named, and how he Is in danger because the Dark Lord wants to kill Harry and finish off the job. This book is better than the film in my opinion and as I said before, I recommend it to everybody!

Summary: Couldn't rate this book high enough, 100 stars if I could give that. A bargain for 81p on amazon!
