Advantages: A good ol' fashioned horror

Disadvantages: a vaguely obvious tale.

If the title doesn't give away the plot of this book I don't know what does??? If you are a James Herbert virgin, you won't know that he is one of the masters of horror, he doesn't take it to the extreme that Stephen King does, and because of that fact the books are much more readable.

This book is based around the main character, David Ash,who is a psychic investigator. He is called in to investigate the strange goings on at a house called Edbrook, from here the story unfolds. It is a rollercoaster of weird events, which the inevitable twist of a climax. An entertaining read, which you just don't wanna put down.
