If you have a child who doesn’t want to sleep in his or her own bed, this may be the book you need. It’s a simple, reassuring story about Henry going to sleep in his own bed, and about the rest of the household sleeping in their own special places too. It uses humour to reinforce the idea of a right place for everyone and everything: can the various animals sleep in Henry’s bed? No, but Henry can! The book ends with a “goodnight” to all the rest of the household in their own sleeping places, and to Henry, fast asleep in his own little bed with a smile on his face.
