The plotline of Hissss is that Kipper is enjoy a nice hot summers day, and decides that today is a paddling pool type of day.
Kipper hurts his head trying to find his paddling pool and has to have a plaster on his bump.
The fact that kipper wears a plaster has made it much easier for Alexis to wear one as she used to freak out about them before we had tis book.
It's strange how a book can make an impact on how a young child will behave.

If you have read my previous reviews you will know that my daughter is obsessed with these and that she has quite a few. Kipper books are the work of a Author called Mick Inkpen who has won many awards for his childrens books. The Kipper story Hisssss is one of the Kipper storyboard books aimed at young preschoolers. The board books are as the name suggests made of hard cardboard so even with clumsy toddlers hands you can enjoy again and again without the fear of losing a page or too.
