This was an impulse buy while doing my weekly shop in Asda after a particularly bad day spent with my kids (I spend every day with my kids due to me being a full time Mum and sometimes they drive me to distraction - they are only 6 months and not quite 2 and a half - so sometimes I wonder about my sanity because how can two girls so young cause me such trauma?!). So I saw this book and it was in my trolley like a shot, I thought there must be something in there that would guide me through these dark times...
