After developing a major interest in psychology, NLP and hypnosis I decided to rent this book from my local library. Though it doesn't really explain what hypnosis actually is or how it works, it does provide some advice and useful information on the way to performed hypnosis, mainly for therapeutic reasons, and how to operate when starting your own hypnotherapy practise. Overall, the book is mainly made up of a set of scripts but it doesn't actually explain how these scripts work or affect somebody.
