-Introduction and background information- Before his death in 2007, Sydney Sheldon was widely regarded as 'the master of the unexpected' and had a prolific writing record, with novels, television scripts, major motion pictures and Broadway plays all under his belt. Every single one of his books has been number one on the New York Times bestseller list. His stories focus predominently on powerful women who've come from poor or traumatic backgrounds and he tells their tales with glamour, style and a touch of unscrupulousness. His writing is traditional and sometimes old-fashioned, but this just adds to the tales he tells. -The ... Read the complete review

Sydney Sheldon is considered to be the master of modern fiction especially in the genre of novel. In my teenage I used to love this novelist for his extarordinary and remarkable description of different places. Luxurious lifestyle depicted in the novels as well as extreme sex and violence. As I am a diehard feminist I like the condept of novels that always give woman strong and noticable roles and don't just make them sex toys. If tomorrow comes is a memorable novel. As everybody say you won't leave this novel until and unless you would finish it. The story revolves around The protagonist Tracy. Who was about to be married and ended up being a prisoner. The novel ... Read the complete review

I found that this book catches your imagination from the very beginning of the story right up until the very end. Surprise after surprise keeps you reading on. The main character’s adventures are often involved in a lifestyle that wouldn't imagine in your wildest dreams. Sidney Sheldon shows his vast knowledge with Jeff Stevens who explains the history of all the locations that he and Tracy visited. This is one book that I dare you to put down. You should enjoy this book from the start to the finish and I would definitely recommend it. ... Read the complete review

If Tomorrow Comes is one of the best books written by Sidney Sheldon. The story is about Tracy Whitney who was accused of a crime that she did not commit. She was sent to prison where she received a pardon when she saved the warden's daughter from drowning. After getting out of prison, she decides that enough is enough and resolves to get her revenge on the people that caused her to be in such a situation. She then decides to go back to her old life, which, of course is never easy when you have a record as an ex-convict regardless of your innocence, but first, she resolves to get her revenge on all the people that 'destroyed' her life. She is ... Read the complete review
