I read this book on holiday in Sorrento a few years ago. I felt like I was running around in circles at work and thought this book might help me to slow down and reflect on what I was doing and where I was going. While this isn't therapy in a book, as I found out, it fitted perfectly in with my surroundings and the holiday I was having. Ironically, the book is based on the Slow Movement which originally came out of Italy. The slow movement exposes the virtues of taking your time and savouring life for what it's worth.
