I'm sure everyone is at least vaguely familiar with the popular cbeebies show 'In the Night Garden'. My 3 year old niece is a huge fan and not only likes watching the programme but likes the merchandise linked to the show too. So when I saw this book in The Book People last year for £2.99 I decided to buy it for her. At the same time I bought a copy for my friend's 3 year old son and both little ones love this book. (I must say I quite like it myself!) My niece really loves this book and we read it over and over again. This particular book is based around the character Igglepiggle, and his lost blanket. If you're a parent of a young child or children, I'm guessing you'll have at least heard of In the Night Garden. A series shown on Cbeebies and also Channel2, this children's programme is the next generation of the Teletubies. As with all TV series, there is plenty of, merchandise to go with it. My daughter is 15 months old and is into the Night Garden in a big way, so getting the books for her was a natural next step. Igglepiggle's Lost Blanket is the first book my daughter received. Of course once I got to the till I was told it scanned through at £5 but after checking with a manager they said they had to sell it to me for £3, what a bargain!
