Igglepiggle is known for his red blanket that he carries everywhere, and the book is based on the story of Igglepiggle losing his blanket, and trying to find it. Each hard book page is sturdy enough to cope with the strength of a young toddler. They are a good thickness, which makes little fingers cope well with grabbing the pages to turn them. This book also features flaps on each page to help the ...more

If you're a parent of a young child or children, I'm guessing you'll have at least heard of In the Night Garden. A series shown on Cbeebies and also Channel2, this children's programme is the next generation of the Teletubies. As with all TV series, there is plenty of, merchandise to go with it. My daughter is 15 months old and is into the Night Garden in a big way, so getting the books for her was a natural next step. Igglepiggle's Lost Blanket is the first book my daughter received. In The Night Garden Iggle Piggle's Lost Blanket - Lift the Flap Book When I saw this book in Tesco marked up for a mere £3 I thought that I couldn't just pass it by. Of course once I got to the till I was told it scanned through at £5 but after checking with a manager they said they had to sell it to me for £3, what a bargain! As the RRP on the back of the book say £6.99p. In the Night Garden is a series by now most people have heard of. It is coming over a storm and many parents and their children are watching it. The same people that made the Teletubbies make it and the merchandise for In the Night Garden is growing by the ...

Different from most children's books Lacking in metre, hard to read and with a confused message

Great pictures, teaches words and textures, colourful, easy to read, repetitive £5 a book (but worth it in my opinion anyway!)

Good story with a happy ending possibly the very dark pictures - but what else could they do its night time
