Tess Gerritsen writes crime/thriller novels and I particularly like her novels in the Rizzoli/Isles series. I did however happen to come across a book called In Their Footsteps which is from her Romantic Suspense series. I believe these series of books were some of the first she wrote. In Their Footsteps follows Beryl Tavistock and how she decides once and for all that she needs to know the truth behind her parents deaths which had occurred twenty years before. At a party her Uncle is giving she is introduced to Richard Wolf who is ex CIA. Instantly there is an attraction between them, but Beryl does not know whether to let her guard down and trust him. ...
