Well I don't know where to begin with this book ! I came across this book when I was in the local library about two months ago, being all my kids were getting into doing shakes and smoothies as their fitness regime I thought I'd give this a quick read ( it might work out cheaper than keep buying the cartons as it was costing me a small fortune each week!). Well what a great book, it begins by giving you a guide about what sort of juicer you should buy, ( the one they recommend is only about £30 which I thought was very reasonable!).
