Unique experience - King's best ever book! (Insomnia - Stephen King)

Advantages: Powerful and touching storyline, many interesting characters Disadvantages: You won't be able to put it down
'Insomnia' is quite simply, breath-taking. I got this book at an Airport in 1998, after hearing of yet more delays. You are immediately absorbed by the book from the very first page, like many of Stephen King's books. Insomnia is the story of a man called Ralph Roberts, who is becoming increasingly aware that his wife is dying. This section of the book is indeed very emotional, where King's character ponders how he will live without his wife, who has an inoperable brain tumor. It as at this time that Ralph suffers sleep deprovation, also known as Insomnia. Summary: |
