Iron sunrise ======== This book follows on from 'Singularity Sky' which introduce some but not all of the characters in THIS book. Five years ago someone or some planet attacked the planets in the star system known as Moscow causing billions to die. In retaliation Moscow sent its ships to destroy New Dresden who where the prime suspects. The ships must be stopped or not only lives in that galaxy but the fabric of space could be damaged. Now we meet the Escheton, an artificial intelligence which monitors and to some extent controls the movements of all human. Iron sunrise Author - Charles Stross. Iron sunrise is innovative science fiction novel with lots of subplots, effortlessly leading back to the main storyline. The characters are well developed and feel realistic, whilst the interaction between them is smoothly written. It starts with the destruction of a whole solar system, with collateral damage to nearby star systems, and then follows the race to uncover who was behind it, and to stop further destruction of people and planets.
