I'd never heard of Elmer until my neighbour gave me a bag of books for my 14 month old granddaughter, but she loves this book so much that I've since done some research and found he is actually a very popular little elephant! Elmer is a bright colourful patchwork elephant and my granddaughter absolutely loves him. *Background* Most of you will know by now that we re big fans of Elmer in our household and have read most of David McKee s series of books about this colourful patchwork elephant. I have managed to write quite a few different reviews on here about this lovely character.
