IIsa witch is part of a three book series entitled the voyage of Jerle. The book is written by Terry brooks.

Story begins

Hunter Predd is a winged rider flying on his Rock(a giant bird) when he noticed there is a man in the water. The man's Body is been held up a by a long sharp spear. Hunter rescues him when his rock lifts him from where he is and takes him to dry land. Hunter Then notices that the man's eyes and his taken tongue have been taken out. On this man wrist there is a bracelet with the kings insignia. Before taking him to some healers Hunter quickly puts the bracelet in a pouch that he wears. He does this because there are some traitors among his people and he believes this information and the bracelet should be only shown to the King Allardon. After taking the man he has found to a group of healers, a spy hears about the man who has been discovered and he also notices the bracelet. The spy then reports to his lover who is named Ilsa witch. Although they have been lovers for a long time he has never seen the Ilsa witch's face as it is always covered. The spy contacts her using carrier birds which take messages from him to the witch. With this man who has been found there is a map leading to a magical item of great power.

Characters

Ilsa Witch

When she was little both her parents were killed by druids. She went and lived with her now mentor Morgawr. She always conceals her Identity by wearing a black hood.She never reveals what she looks like and if she does it usually means you are gonna die. Her powers are almost equal to that of Walker Boh.

Redden Alta Mer

He is a Rover who good at captaining flying ships and he has a reputation of never having his ship destroyed. He is a bold person who has a sense of humour.He has a daughter named Ru Maridian who is really good with weapons and also his protector. She is someone you would not wanna mess with.

Morgawr

He is mentor to The IIsa witch and almost like a second father to her.Unlike the Ilsa witch he is not born with magic. He only becomes a warlock through discovering magic by reading books. He has trained the Ilsa witch to well and she is his equal if not better than him.

Bek and Quentin

Quentin is from a family who ancestors use to be a royal family. His famous ancestor known as Morgan Leah who had a magic sword for protection which has now been passed onto him.His brother although from a different family is very close too him and has no magic to aid him.

Conclusion

Overall have enjoyed this book alot and the best par is it does not have any demons.May favorite character is the one armed druid named walker Boh

Summary: overall a great read
