I love this book, its such an easy cook book to follow. The recipes he has put into this book uses items of food that are easy to get hold of. Often you already have them in so don't need to spend lots of money on special items that you have never heard of. The recipes are all easy to do and can make boring meat and veg very tasty. The only problem I have is the index as not all chicken recipes will be under chicken they could be under G for garlic chicken which isn't really to much of a problem. This book is like my bible now and have altered some of the recipes to suit me. I use so many more herbs and spices now my food tastes amazing! A great buy and I definatly recommend you buy this book it can actually teach anyone how to cook!!
