This Year It Will Be Different - Maeve Binchy
The Pillars of the Earth - Ken Follett
Good historical detail
Too long, villains a bit pantomime, didn't always feel believable
The Resurrectionist - James Bradley
Authentic look at 1830's London, England. So rich you can almost smell it...
Ends a little abruptly and a little unconclusively....
7th Heaven - James Patterson
Better defined characters, tighter plotting, very readable
Still very superficial, instantly forgettable, some daft bits to the plot
Sovereign - C.J. Sansom
Historically accurate mystery thriller.
None for me, but there may be too much historic detail for some.
Third Girl - Agatha Christie
Interesting story, can be placed in several points in time
Some plot holes.
The Man with the Golden Gun - Ian Fleming
Mildly interesting
Seems slightly unfinished
